What is a master key system for a community?
A master key (keyed-alike) system organises the cylinders by levels: each resident has a key that opens only their door, and a master key opens the common areas (entrance, garage, storage). The president, caretaker or administrator accesses everything with a single key, while each owner keeps their privacy.
What is an anti-copy master key and how is it different from a normal one?
It is a patented key that CANNOT be copied at any hardware shop or locksmith: only I can make duplicates, and only if the administrator or system holder authorises it. It stops the uncontrolled copies that circulate in many communities and are a real security hole.
How is access control for a community quoted?
It depends on the number of access points (entrance, garage, storage) and residents. I prepare a fixed, tailored quote with a set price per extra key. I work directly with property administrators.
What happens if a resident loses a key?
We block that specific key in the system in seconds. The lost key stops opening and a new one is issued to the resident.
Can keys be copied at any locksmith?
No. Only we can copy the security keys, and only if the administrator or system holder authorises it.
Do you need to change the existing locks?
No, we only change the cylinder for a Microaccess-compatible one. The entrance or garage lock stays.
